Flawesome. GNU/Linux is my daily driver OS since 1995. On Fedi since 2008. Working in Racket, Tcl, Python, whatever gets the page up. Solving yesterday's problems tomorrow. A dad. Freddie Mercury is my spiritual advisor.

19** is built with ancient blocks but 2*** the 2 can be built with up to year 2000 blocks, 197* the 7 is built with up to 70s blocks and the last digit knows exactly what years are allowed.
That's a strange way of solving this feature. What was the thought behind it? Let's check the commit message.
"Updated code."
- Meta embraces ActivityPub, federates with mastodon.social, uses Fediverse servers as a "look at all the people you can talk to on day one!"
Yeah, if they follow the Mastodon playbook they'll call Fedi the Streams network and say that the Streams network already has millions of users, plus show posts from all over Fedi on their start page firehose.
Definition of "continent" aside, the definition of "continental USA" is yet another different thing. It would seem obvious to mean everything on the main continent, but potentially through some historical quirk it could have meant something else. The only real evidence is how people use it in practice.
The below confusion is likely what happened:
Some sources incorrectly mix up the continental United States with the contiguous United States (which consists simply of the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia). The contiguous United States (also known as the United States Mainland) does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States.

The weather is sooo comfy today!
And not even ... *checks HKO Storm Track* ... not even with help from an approaching typhoon.
I think, knock on wood, the summer curse has truly been broken for this year.
Who are these hyper-tuned-in people who perceive and report earth tremors?
There was an earthquake in Guangxi last night (magnitude 5.2, 10 km deep) and apparently some people in HK reported it to the Observatory. What was felt here must have been weaker than the bass speaker in my crappy old TV, because I was awake and watching Eurovision and didn't notice a thing.
Noy saying English spelling makes total sense, but there are usually some boundaries to the flexibility.
And then there's that Aussie airline.
If they want it pronounced "Quantas", why do they spell it "Qantas"?
Wow, so today is really only Thursday.
I came into the office today sincerely convinced, and dressing and making plans assuming, that today is Friday.
