Nothing like a breakdown/meltdown to ruin a perfectly good day. What's funny is that in about 2 hours it was over. Mixed Affective State Dysphoric Mania should never be messed with. Sui risk goes up considerably. And I hate feeling trapped by my feelings, never knowing who I'm going to get week to week, day to day. #bipolar #mentalhealth
