Wild yeast Elderflower Wit This is so good. Obviously I'm biased because I brewed it, but it's just so nice and refreshing and delicious. Elderflower is definitely present in the nose and flavor. Tastes great on a warm summer afternoon. #CurrentlyDrinking #Homebrewing #Beer #Wit #WildYeastFTW

Picked some Juniper berries at Sapphire Point outside of Breckenridge CO. When I get home they'll go into a yeast starter and we'll see if we can get a good culture for making beer.

Happy Syttende Mai to my Norwegian friends! I hope you have a wonderful time celebrating. We had some lefse with lunch and I'm drinking a beer fermented with Espe kveik.

Gratulerer med dagen!

People: your resume needs to have an objective on it.

Me: ...? is "get a job" not obvious? What else are resumes used for??

So I run Ubuntu and also do occasional graphic design stuff and having a billion Noto fonts in the font list is super annoying, so I duckduckwent and found this little script and it looks to have worked.

@m750 @mdmrn I liked the one I had a while back with potato chips inside of it. Somehow they were still crunchy and the saltiness of the chips added to the other flavors in a way I enjoyed.
