I hate it when pay only solutions are offered when you say "Get this for free". I feel a list like this needs to be absolutely free. Everything, even the extension suggestions. (Otherwise it's 'pay for piracy' and that's just.. anti-piracy) Also marking what platforms would be helpful. Mihon and Cloudstream is only on Android for example. Not sure if HakuNeko (manga) is a good offer for Windows, but it's what I use and seems to do the job.

The context of Miyazaki's specific comment was specifically to the fact they were using the AI movement for "zombie games". Which already throw people with disabilities under the bus as disgusting horror monsters. He has other quotes about it, but using that quote for AI drawings is a bit of a misattribution.
