Talisyn Tailfeather
Just a simple #horse who has learned a few things about himself and the world along the way. I post about nature, spirit, and soul ... along with pictures of horses, crows, hawks, and other wild things. And of course boatloads of #furry artwork.
Mostly SFW, but if a stray boob or body part or yinglet offends you, then you probably should look elsewhere.

being who you truly are is the most important thing

"You cannot preserve neutrally in a medium that punishes existence without continuous capital investment. The very act of maintaining digital memory is political, materially enforced at the level of electrical current and contract law. I know you know this. A single broken dependency, an unplugged server, a licensing change, or a corporate buyout – any one of these can collapse an entire digital system.
As a consequence, every platform, archive, community, and dataset in the new home of Mind is a future liability, a compliance machine, a target; a weapon waiting for legal reinterpretation as the digital enters its Enforce endgame. This is policy enacted through the consumption of everything, and bound by terms of service."

Unless you're a horse. Then don't forget to be a horse.
But even then, be a humane horse, fer chrissakes.
The setup for Hoppers (and Avatar before it) is so weird. We want so badly to be animal again. Yet somehow that's only available to us by giving ourselves over to the machine, so that it mediates all our sensations, creating the illusion of being fully animal.
It's the opposite, people. You are already animal. You are connected with the whole, even if you have forgotten. The machine that we built will not save you. The way back is out into the wide world, not into a silicon coffin-womb.
