Enemy of the Empire

Had a weird dream last night. I’m sure it was a typical dream, just made weird by having some memory of it. Weirdness has nothing to do with me helping a small girl get her pet lobster out from behind the stacks of dvd and tapes in the console underneath a tube tv. Not at all. Not even being frustrated at how long food was being delayed at a wedding reception such that I went to the kitchen, kicked the staff out, and made piles of grilled cheese sandwiches for everyone. I’m sure there were other bits I am only barely aware of now. But it is weird that I had memory of this, when usually every fragment flutters away as soon as I wake up.
