I am so tired of rich white fascists. So, a question: What programing languages and operating systems have the most diverse folks "in charge"? Who are the most inclusive? Who as at least as many women as men? What projects are steered by a full chorus of LGBTQIA+ folks? Where are BIPOC putting their energy and power? 'Cause every time we complain about a fash we should lift up the work they fight against two times. Boots welcome.

Going to keep Waterfox around for a bit. They just added* RSS feed detection and a (primitive) reader. Love seeing the little RSS icon in the URL bar between Reader view and the bookmark star.

I've boosted this at least twice now, but when you take into account how much I dislike videos, you might have a better idea how good this is. Everyone who programs, double particularly men, should carve out the time. You can do it 5 minutes at a time if you want. It starts out slow and ends up going light speed. There was a meme going around a while back of a vintage Radio Shack(?) ad showing desk overflowing with different equipment from a radio to a fax machine, and the meme was now we do this all on our phone.* I want to go back to that. Single-purpose, purpose-built devices that aren't trying to distract me or turn me into a revenue stream. *Anyone have that? Search fails me.
