It‘s a simple fact that in German jurisdiction (which is where the e.V. operates) we have bona fides: „immediate“ means that there is no delay in activation of the decision, but there is diligence in enforcement: just like a bank cannot deplatform you immediately*, you get 2-4 weeks notice or #codeberg is in breach of BGB.

Um beim Bild des Artikels zu bleiben: Wenn ich etwa rm -rf / als Skript aus dem Internet oder von einem Kollegen vorgeschlagen kopiere, dann ist das Ergebnis dasselbe, ich würde aber nicht auf die Idee kommen, dass ich da ein Alignment-Problem habe - ich habe schlicht das eigene Denken auf Kosten von Technical Debt geschont.
