Tried to go flatpak free but too many programs I've gotten used to are not in repos or appimages.

@roland The appimages not integrating into menu was one quirk. The helper programs like appimage launcher only work with systemd. They create menu icons and auto update them. So it was more about that not being an option. I don't hate flatpaks, it's easier to use actually.
