You CAN however clean up the text yourself, look up definitions, etc. and have some decentish product out of it. Obviously not perfect, but you can manage to make it entirely playable and in not too much of a bad shape
The Ladystalker (Snes) translation was most likely that. And then, someone on /vr/ on 4chan took the translation and fixed practically every single text formatting bug, on top of porting a better front from another game (Landstalker maybe?). All of this, again, with the LLM

That's what I was wondering, there's an insane amount of games out there that nobody played, and considering we found stuff like the Super Punch-Out debug menu that can be somehow played as a full 2 player mode, there's probably a bunch of other weird stuff and beta elements hiding all over the place that would normally require insane research to even get
I love looking at beta stuff and along the years for OOT, pre-decompile of course, they would find beta models and stuff that's apparently not even in the normal model indexing, all sorts of weird crap like that, but the amount of knowledge to even reach that at the time was insane

At the beginning of the game there's this carnival looking area that you can seemingly go to, but it's mysteriously blocked by a bush (First screenshot)
Second screenshot is the area with the first stage. When you clear the stage, there's robots you can direct in some sort of puzzle to ultimately have them grab a axe and cut down the trees
It is not possible to somehow bring them to the bush. Even if you did with a gameshark code, it does nothing
The question is:
-Is there anything programmed around the area of the bush that the game can trigger?
-Is there anything programmed that can make the bush disappear?
-Is there anything programmed that would spawn a level?
-Is there anything programmed leftover in the code that would indicate that they planned something there, but it ended up not happening and they had to lazily block the path at the last minute?
Something like that

If some of the latest LLM are able to built an Snes emulator and fix it from just screenshots of games running you give it, I wonder if you could feed it an Snes rom and ask about coding mysteries in the game with just screenshots at your disposition?
