Even the smallest space can produce meaningful results. Containers, sacks, and vertical gardens make it possible anywhere. Limited space is never a limitation. Creativity makes it work.

Today, I was at the school garden in the tomato yard
Pruning and harvesting some ripe tomatoes
What I always like at our school, we plant what we eat and grow , so when we harvested some tomatoes although they were little but we managed to take some in the school kitchen to be as our spices in the soul i would like to empower the same of us to grow what they eat and always wait for a good 👍 harvest according to the energy applied to the garden

When we teach students to grow food, we reduce dependency. We build a generation that can sustain itself. This is true education.
What kind of generation are we raising?

Spending our day working destributing manure on the farm.
Farming isn't just about growing crops, it's about nurturing communities, preserving traditions, and feeding futures. Let's celebrate the backbone of our food system and the farmers who work tirelessly to bring food to our tables!

We believe the seeds of lasting change are planted in our schools and nurtured by our communities. We are intensifying our vegetable gardening programs to build a healthier, -reliant Uganda
🥦Better Nutrition We bridge the gap between starch-heavy diets and true health. By growing nutrient-dense vegetables, we ensure students get the vitamins needed for cognitive growth. A well-nourished child is ready to learn.

We planted capsicum (hoho) and eggplant, and the results are truly rewarding. Hard work, smart irrigation, and patience have turned into fresh, healthy produce.
This is proof that when you do it right, farming delivers! 💧🍆🌶️

Some lessons cannot be taught with chalk and a blackboard.
They must be taught with soil and seedlings. I am proud of my students, their school garden is the favourite place they visit daily!

From Soil to Soul
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing fresh green leaves of plants in our community one harvest at a time. We harvested a fresh batch of cabbages and tomatoes

100,000 Trees. One Shared Future
Planting a tree is more than a gesture; it is a lifeline for our planet. At the Uganda Sustainable Community Initiative, we believe humanity has a responsibility to restore what has been lost.
We are launching a focused, 2-month mission to plant 100,000 trees across Eastern Uganda—a region currently facing a critical rise in deforestation. Our approach isn't just about putting roots in the ground

School gardens are living classrooms where learners connect theory with real life. When students touch the soil, learning becomes practical and memorable. Agriculture stops being a subject and becomes a lifestyle.

Biodiversity protectors Uganda have made it after testing that crops can grow well in Tins so we are to grow more in the Tins.

To improve the quality of Vegetable Gardening teaching content, and instead of asking for free support, I am choosing to offer value first!

Let’s learn, grow, and build sustainable and we provide nutritious vegetables to the people

Hello everyone, today I went to the tomato yard! And I was very very glad of the work that am always doing. What's funny is that caring for them is like playing or eating food at my self , it's very easy and emotional at my own see. gains from the play. This kind of play is very fun cause I enjoy planting and I also get food , money and also serve to my neighbors then surplus is sold .What I can say this is fun so come and join me in this play #garden #nature #climate #environment #mastodon #my
