Serious issue. I’m a long time dog owner with a property that backs onto the park Yes increased use during the pandemic but the article fails to acknowledge increased population growth and need for recreation space. Furthermore #Saanich has absolutely failed with reducing wet areas on the paths by managing drainage or using mulch. This has been a problem for 10 or more years We saw joggers pushing new trails during the pandemic. Yet off leash dogs were given as the problem. Complex problems where a simple solution failed to address key issues. More usage by increasing population! Is it a park or conservation area? #yyj #saanich
