My wife, the awesome and incomparable Lea, rode it a few times and pronounced it suitable (“the full suspension is great because I don’t feel like I’m getting punched in the butt by the washboards”) she has been riding it ever since and we do a lot more riding together now. It’s hers. A friend made her this head cap.

It has a beautiful chro-mo steel frame, a super sturdy 3 x 7 drive train and bombproof 26 inch wheels. It makes an excellent gravel bike, a decent mountain bike, and a good bike packing bike. It sucks at fast paved road riding but I don’t do that much anymore because I really like to avoid cars and trucks. Parts are hilariously cheap.

For the repetitive motion/position stress injuries the heat it, work it, ice it routine has always served well to rehabilitate. And then finding a way to change the position and or motion pattern to something my creaky joints are happier with.

The two I don’t feel have much overlap are the road bike and the polo bike.
