Do both!
PVs on the ground create a microclimate under them, which supports bees and other insects, animals can be grazed under them out of the sun and rain, and there are even some crops that do better under them than out in the open!

22% cited better weather as a reason for relocating — the most common response among the survey’s 29 options.
Natural disaster concerns and climate risks ranked second at 21%, suggesting Americans are weighing both the appeal and the potential downsides of a region’s climate.
Lower overall living costs (18%) and cheaper home prices (15%) ranked sixth and 10th, respectively, behind factors like crime and being closer to family

Magic, just magic!
In a globally representative study covering nearly 130,000 people in 125 countries, 89 percent said their government should do more to fight global warming, and 69 percent said they were willing to contribute 1 percent of their household income every month.

@dbattistella@mstdn.ca Funny, my impression is that the bulk of terrorism is right-wing. I didn't see any BLM or Palestine-supporters storming the US capital, did you? And all the school and other public places "shooters" have right wing ideology, not left.

Ontario and Alberta, both have fascist premiers. The rot spreads from the top.

Black prisoners in Ontario’s jails are being assigned to harsher living conditions than other prisoners, through the use of an artificial intelligence (AI) tool that claims to predict their behaviour. A class action lawsuit says the province was aware its use of the software could disproportionately target Black prisoners, but went ahead with it anyway.
