「對不起吶,大師我知道錯了」 the 大師 in here refers to the usage of the word 降伏 (exorcise here is a good translation) calling to the character’s (false) belief that the guy was a master or monk or duelist of some kind seeking to expel her. due to linguistics differences it may be more accurate to translate 「我知道錯了」 as “I will repent my sins” or something similar
