I've had my Clivea miniata for about 3 years now and I recently repotted it as it was root bound and now it is finally flowering for the first time!

Happy Photography Friday friends.
On Wednesday I went to Snake Valley (on the lands of the Wadawurrung) with Out Doors Inc for an overnight adventure.
We did a couple of small stops. On Thursday we were meant to do a longer walk but the van got bogged for an hour in 4wd country thanks to Google maps taking us the "quickest" way. We did not end up doing the walk. Fortunately it only rained on us a bit and we managed to push the van back out & "get outta dodge" (as the saying goes).

Another wonderful day in art class. Actually painted on canvas today. Nothing finished so nothing to photograph.
Apparently it's National Cocktail Day.
Don't mind if I do.
Mother's Day Classic event done for another year. Always love shooting this event on behalf of the National Breast Cancer Foundation, but by the Goddess I miss my ma.
Photographing the Mother's Day Classic event in Naarm tomorrow. I volunteer every year cos (breast) cancer can get in the bin.
I'm currently in Snake Valley with my Out Doors Inc adventure group. It is currently pissing down! 🙃

Something new from me from today's art class. I had been experimenting with gel plates, but this is acrylic pen directly on 300gsm cotton watercolour paper. This landscape image was taken from one of my past photographs. What do you make of it?
Image description: Acrylic paint landscape. A sliver of sunset is held within swirling blue clouds above an ocean and orange sandy beach. There is a grey piece of driftwood in the middle bottom third of the painting.
