Real actual visits include: Paris, Helsinki, Stockholm, Berlin, Washington DC, Athens, Rome ... the more I think about it, the longer the list gets.
I've only lived in two capitols though, Washington DC and Stockholm.
Admittedly, I lived in Maryland, half a block away from the border with Washington DC, but everyone considered it part of DC.

I bought the touchpad[1], plugged it into my computer with the included PS/2 to USB converter,. I superglued the touchpad to a strip of double sided velcro that went around my pointer finger for easy size adjustment.
Total cost is about $60, but with wires.
Not so good for walking away from the computer, but doesn't need changing.
Works fine, but I've stopped using it since most of my window management etc is now keyboard based.
