Why one gains & loses weight isn't rocket science but a lot of people have trouble losing weight & sticking with it.
It's often said that it's just a matter of "eating less & exercising more" but, in my experience, it's really just a matter of eating less.
I lost 30#s twice, just by stopping buying cases of soda & beer & stocking them in my frig at home. Took me 2x's to develop the resolve to stop drinking any soda entirely and just drinking beer with a meal when I eat out 1 or 2x a month.
I still drink wine & hard alcohol regularly but much less than I use to drink soda/beer. I also happen to exercise daily (currently 15k meters on my Concept 2 rower for 2 hrs of daily exercise) but that's not the reason IMO that I've lost the weight & am holding constant at 160-165 @ 5'8" tall.
In the past, I used #MyFitnessPal to track intake calories & I recommend it to those who want to do that.

@NorcalGma2 Ever since I retired, 19 years ago -- has it really been 19 years? -- everyday is pretty much the same to me -- meaning that I can do whatever I want with my time -- but I'm mindful of the holidays & weekends when there are certain things that I can't or don't want to do because everyone else has the day off. 😉
Retirement has always been wonderful to me. 😊

I was born & raised in SF & lived in The City over 50 years out of my 75 years &, while I've walked & driven past Cedar while walking/driving along Larkin, I've actually never been on Cedar.

My ranking is based on how clearly (to me) each opening scene set the tone of the film & my expectations of future action in the film based on it and on how quickly it was able to accomplish that plus how entertaining & engaging it was to me. In other words, how well it grabbed my attention & made me want to see more of the film, even if it wasn't entirely clear where it was headed.
Goldfinger now gets Honorable Mention for the music (Shirley Bassey's singing of the title song) & the the clips from the film superimposed in the various images on the woman's golden body to give a suggestion of what to expect to see later in the film.

It's iconic & even though it was the 3rd movie in the series, IMO it set up the standard for the opening scene against which all (at least all Connery) Bond movies to come later would be judged.

The #GrandLakeTheater in #Oakland, dare I say it, is the now the BEST "neighborhood" theater (since the #Castro was remodeled) to go to watch movies at in the entire #SFBA.
I was there recently to watch a movie (I've already forgotten which) & was very impressed with the theater & it doesn't hurt that there are a lot of interesting restaurants & shops open for business on Grand on the same block & a public parking lot behind the street off of Grand if you can't find a place to park on the street.
A highly recommended #MovieWatching destination if you have never been there or haven't been there for awhile.

I've visited my share of dark bars but I'm not a big fan of them
I prefer to drink alone at home instead of at bar, which could be a danger sign, but I prefer it simply because it's cheaper. 😉
I've also never been able to puck up anyone at a bar, which is just another reason for me not to bother drinking at one.

Sorry for your plight & I hope that you can retrieve your data but this is a prime example why I'll never buy another #Apple product & why I never store anything that I care about on a proprietary site in #TheCloud.
I've owned a couple of iPhones (3&4), still own an iPad 1 that works & owned a Classic iPod that died with 1k or so tracks still on it, most of which were free.
I assume that I still have an Apple account but I haven't used it in over 5 yrs since my iPod died. So, it's probably been closed for dormancy.
I "invested" less than $1k in these Apple things. So, my "loss" was minimal but I never liked how Apple tries (very successfully) to suck ppl into buying ONLY their products & thereby forcing them to become hostage to its hardware & software systems.
This is why I'll NEVER buy another Apple product again & why, if asked, that I'll recommend against anyone buying any Apple product, as well. 🤷♂️

FWIW, IMO, the the dimension of totes you are selling are only 16.5x14.5x4" which is only good as a book bag.
To be useful for grocery shopping, which is what I use my totes for, they'd need to have a base of around least 14.5x10.
I also prefer larger 14 oz coffee cups to the 11 oz cups that you're selling.
@TechConnectify I've never used pods & always used Cascade #dishwasher powder until I bought a 1/2 gal jug of Casacade liquid dishwasher detergent which is going to last me til the day I die because I only turn on my dishwasher once every 2 months at most because I hand wash my dishes & mainly use the dishwasher as a dish & utensil rack. 🤷♂️

Yes, that shop in Berkeley has repaired my Selectric a couple of times already.
The thing about Selectrics is that if you don't use them & just let them sit, something "goes wrong" & they don't work anymore.
Mine just sits. So, I'm not going to repair it again.
Can't even sell it. The shop in Berkeley doesn't want them (I asked) because he's already got too many. It's only worth about $100 at best now anyway. 🤷♂️

Well, FWIW, IMO, it makes good sense from a legal & financial POV for a business to limit & submit matters in dispute to binding arbitration, which is a trial of a sort in itself & which is designed to be fair to all parties in a dispute.
And, FWIW, as a retired litigation attorney, who worked for a big SF firm that defended deep monied clients in class action suits & jury trials, in my experience, I can say that the parties who usually "win" the most in such actions are the attorneys & law firms because such matters ultimately are settled out of court after years of very expensive (for the clients) discovery & motions practice to delay & protract the litigation that generates MILLIONS of $$$ in billable time & legal fees for the attorneys & law firms which comes out of the pockets of the plaintiffs & defendants. 🤷🏻♂️

The Fairmont Hotel & other landmarks are clearly visible.
It's supposedly from the Library of Congress.

It's easier. I don't use many dishes or utensils. All that I need fit in the dishwasher.
You have to rinse them off before putting them in the dishwasher & it's not that much effort to just add soap to clean them completely.
Saves more energy doing it that way IMO but I do run the dishwasher periodically because, like a car, it needs to be run once in awhile to keep things working properly.
But after I run it, I just leave the dishes & utensils in there where they'll easier to access.

I'd feel that same way if the dude was holding/stroking a cat or dog in the same way.
It's close to crossing the "line" of #bestiality IMO & it is NOT a pleasing image to me.

If it's a 3 person panel, which is the best approach iMO, each party (defendant & plaintiff) chooses an arbitrator & the 3rd impartial (not chosen by either) to create a 3 person panel.
If only a single arbitrator is used, then they both should be required to agree on who that is.
If only BaT gets to choose a single arbitrator, then obviously would be unfair to the plaintiff.
