@mwk@donotsta.re she got functional legs. if she is not scared of outside (like my little boy) a leash should suffice, just to prevent bolting when startled in new surroundings. with that cute little harnish, not a collar ofc. there is no alternative to a silk choker for a cat girl. and unlike my little boy you can talk to her and convince her to come willingly. offering treats an pets is usually effective.

Even if you don't get in there is a lot to do. Interact with the cute entities spilling out of the main venue, CSD/Pride on Saturday... come visit me and get pats and hugs. honestly pride and GPN overlapping is a shame. so many cute entities have to choose if computer touching or celebrating queer life is more important to them.
