I wasted far too much time troubleshooting why my U5G Backup wouldn't appear when connected to the USW Lite 8 PoE, even though the device itself was working fine.
The culprit was an old port configuration: I'd previously forced that switch port to 100 Mbps for a UPS 2U. Once I changed the port speed back to Auto, the U5G Backup appeared immediately.
Lesson learned: Before diving into complex troubleshooting, always check for leftover non-default configuration. KISS.

@TeeeBear @stephenrobles it blew my mind when I discovered that Aqara T1 vibration sensor … does not detect … vibrations. Because they decided it would be cool to have it detect triple knock to run an automation, without the option to disable that in the Aqara ecosystem. If you connect it to things like Home Assistant it works like a normal vibration sensor.
The old old sensor works fine.

This time it's Podscribe.
It pains me to whitelist it, but either that or no more episodes from some 4-5-6 podcasts I listen to.
So apparently qBitTorrent and Plex are not friends with ZFS.
In 7-8 months it wrote some 300+ TB of data and it chewed through its Percentage used. The rest looks good, but I'm not happy with this.
By the looks of it, a good part of this was ZFS updating access times on bazillion files that are constantly accessed by the apps.
Disabled atime for that guest, but the damage is already done...
When I checked the alert in Zabbix it’s almost a straight line.
This is why you always need monitoring!
