@twostraws this is timely, I’ve been working thru test coverage for an upcoming app. Now if only Swift Testing could help me capture regressions in my UI designs.

@NanoRaptor@bitbang.social Do you remember the Trans-Van? Trying to take the cool from Trans Am.

@flargh@mastodon.social Did someone else do a version of this song, I so remember the lyric, but not a slow version like this.

@cstross@wandering.shop don’t know “Die Krupps” but I find one of my favorite Christmas movies is “Rare Exports!”
I think that all the #AI tools lately have gotten worse, so that you have to use up your tokens faster. Trying to convert a bunch of XCTests to Swift Testing tests, and Xcode’s connection to chatGPT keeps saying it has done things, but NOTHING changes.

@flargh@mastodon.social ah.. makes sense.. didn’t realize they were the originals then. At the time I was probably more into the Dead Kennedys and Suicidal Tendencies.

Ok #appletv why do you have a list of shows and next episodes, when you always show me something else when I complete watching something. Just show me the next thing in my queue!

@agiletortoise@mastodon.social nice to know I’m not the only one who sees this; however the one good point is it tends to know if I am going to do a swimming workout verses a walking workout, and usually puts the right one first.

@agiletortoise@mastodon.social agree.. totally borked! Btw, I also noticed with the new windowing system on iPadOS there are apps that also have a similar issue. For example, the lInkedIn app forces their aspect ratio, not allowing you to resize its width below a certain size. The content is not that compelling.

@jeffjarvis@mastodon.social the really scary thing about all of this is how fast some media companies adopted AI to reduce their costs, only to then dive quickly to the bottom of relevance. It’s almost like real, meaningful, reporting is expensive and no one wants to pay for it. (Feeling sad about my Journalism degree)

Ok, this has never happened. I have a very old beta build of my app stuck in app review. It has been breaking my XcodeCloud release train. I can't figure out how to retract it so that I can sub my builds for it's upcoming go live. #apple #AppReview
Anyone else every seen this?
Anyone else ever had a failure in Post-Actions that doesn't provide any failure message? #AppleXcodeCloud #apple #swift

@flargh@mastodon.social still on of my all time favorite artists. And pretty happy with Danny’s Big Mess album too.

@flargh@mastodon.social I was thinking about this song the other day…. Probably for the exact same reason.
How do you sort your physical Albums? Title, then Artist, or Artist then Title? For Artist is it last name, first, or First then Last? For the titles, do you sort by album name, or release date? #audiophile #music
