Folks, especially after heavy rain, check every corner of your property for standing water. Those #mosquitoes can use very small amounts of water to reproduce.

Left a setup with X10 outlets behind in the äadt house (1970ish based home automation setup) but at least I left a lengthy explanation behind too ...

Placed there by the DC night shift taking advantage of the cold air flow to chill down their adult beverage (to get inspired to deal with those HP3000 boxes? Who knows). Apart from a small 'early happy hour tax' we didnt interfere with it at all.
Sending Ts&Ps to my aussie friends who went through some kind of traumatic test of the alarm system?
Not making the trip this year myself. But fam stay safe if you're heading out. Stay hydrated etc pp
