@RolloTreadway@beige.party @eleanorrees@mas.to @afewbugs@social.coop After I had to call out the fire service because, you know, my house was on fire, I got a customer satisfaction survey in the post a few days later.
But, yes, would definitely call again if house was on fire.

They don't make tourist attractions like this any more.

In the one hand, Deliveroo give you updates on the app, and knock when they arrive.
Fire service very quick, but just barge in making a lot of noise, and waking the neighbours. Did put out fire, though, which is definitely worth an extra star.

@pinskia@hachyderm.io @pikesley@mastodon.me.uk @robinadams@mathstodon.xyz There were CSEs in Computer studies, which involved a decent amount of project work) and O levels in Computer Science (which I think were just exams) prior to to the GCSE.
No idea how widely available they were.
The CSE was pretty easy. I got a grade 1 with things I learned from Your Computer and Popular Computing Weekly magazines. (I'm not exaggerating - I did it as an extra off timetable, so did no lessons)

@only_ohm@mas.to It's a real thing - at least there's a bench there iirc - and the view is actually quite striking, but perhaps the other maps have more interesting things to highlight?

Look, I'm not saying it's the only programming book you need, but it's a contender

@andybalaam@mastodon.social I didn't realise that requiredment extended to apps not on the Play Store. I'm aware you bowed out of that, and the logic of that decision (which I respect) presumably leads you towards letting them go? Which is shit, frankly.

Might have been wrong about the barn roost. Just had a bat fly over my head, either directly along the line of the barn roof, or it came out of the roost.
Too dark now to see them actually coming out 🤔

@brunogirin@mastodon.me.uk @SwanseaBayNews@toot.wales It'll never come to Fishguard 😂 but the mere fact of a train into London that doesn't behave like a stopper between Carmarthen and Bristol will be a game changer

@andybalaam@mastodon.social Because the sideloading restrictions? Does that stop them working out just make installing them a massive pain in the arse?
