First, its an opensource project, it will live on with contributors and forks
Second, There are foss projects that were literally saved by donations, Thunderbird got a second life with that little donate pop-up notification. Blender could do the same.

7580 individuals and 46 corps and donations increase with every major update. Anthorpic is not an ally btw its a f*cking corp built on AI and nothing else. Its possible to "exist" without this partnership.

there is a difference between existing and growing. Vibecoding funds given by Anthropic a company that unethically trains their slop machines on art from blender artists isnt a great way to "flourish" & fix their API It should be obvious why peope are mad at this. I wouldnt be surprised if the number of donators decreased after this

Blender accepted the funds from Antropic, Belnder proudly announced it, Blender knew that this company is unethical but didnt care. People are mad at Anthropic but they are also mad at Blender acting for being against community stance.
This is not a good thing in the slightest.

Only good choices when using a chromium based browsers. UBO-lite can only be less effective in most cases.
