chiaramente il cartello non è in Italia.
ma se fosse in Italia: non è indicato a quale legge fa riferimento il divieto.
se la legge mi permette di usarli in luogo pubblico, posso usarli nei luoghi aperti al pubblico (anche se sono privati, a meno che non ci sia una legge dedicata).
