I think I figured out the general reason why I dislike Rotten Tomatoes, which is that all the dumb, boring, overly safe movieslop gets certified fresh, while risky, interesting, artistically worthwhile movies that fail in some regards but succeed in others often get brushed aside as "rotten". Literally the opposite of what I would want to spend my time on

I'll never forgive Greyhound for selling their company to a German conglomerate, liquidating their bus stations and generally degrading their quality of service to the point that I'm no longer willing to ride their busses. They will ruthlessly degrade their own services to make a quick buck.
The fact that the city had to step in to get this done when Greyhound is the one making money from the intercity bus riders is insane. I don't know what the ideal model is, but the government should have some kind of control over intercity bus services, these companies can't be trusted not to ruin it. And who is impacted the most by the decline of these services? You guessed it, people who can't afford a car.

Is anyone worried about this creating moderation issues?
Generally I'm in favor of privacy and security, but I'm just not sure what the value of this feature is on Mastodon. Maybe you or others can provide your perspective on this.

I bought these earplugs designed for musicians and they are pretty great, it reduces the volume by a lot while allowing you to hear the original sound, including the high end which often gets heavily muffled by generic earplugs.
If you go to concerts and clubs, or play loud music, I highly recommend getting something like this. Your hearing is precious. Unfortunately, once it is damaged, it will never come back.

@davidrevoy I think panel layouts are important for comics. It doesn't feel as coherent when you only see one panel at a time. Seeing the panels all together in a layout determined by the artist adds value to the whole work. Not to mention, the colors and lettering around the panels add to the character of the work.
If you are going to separate the panels, I would still like to see the border/margins around each panel (framing is important) and the title above the first panel. I feel that something important is lost when those aren't included.
That said, you could share it both ways. For example, you could post the whole comic the way you usually do, then comment with the images seperated, or vice versa.
Whatever you think is best. Feel free to experiment more!

@scribblemacher great game! The complex map was a bit frustrating for me as a kid but I did eventually beat the game!
paypal sent me an email saying I couldn't send or receive money until I uploaded an ID. I logged into paypal and they sent me a 2FA code and had me change my password, and then everything worked again. I didn't need to upload an ID.
just wanted to share this in case anyone was getting a similar communication.
I think this is the final version of this project. I wasn't planning on spending a lot of time on it but I ended up learning a lot of stuff and implementing some cool features so I'm happy with how it turned out!
