Their office programs had word processing, which I understood, and the spreadsheet “Calc” which made absolutely no sense to me. It wasn’t exactly the same as this demo—it was menu driven, not command line, but it looked similar.
Does NYT #Wordle no longer have a way to share the result with the shaded squares? Anyway, today (1721) was a rare one: I solved it, and Wordlebot didn’t!

I’m watching Olympic figure skating on TV, and one small detail I love is the sound of skates on ice. So of course, being me I started to wonder if they have a Foley room with a couple of sound artists scraping butter knives on a cookie sheet.
What would you use to recreate these sounds?

I don’t go on Facebook much anymore, but today I saw that my old (old!) friend posted a recording on which I played bass. I boosted it (or whatever they call it). About 30 seconds later, Facebook pushed this Reel on me: “Producer tip: How to guide a bass player who sucks.”
I’m not saying they’re wrong. In fact, I wonder how they had such insight into this 1986 recording session. Even so, couldn’t they have waited an hour or 2 to show me that?
This might be my favorite one I’ve submitted for #HashTagGames. I even did some research to confirm whether door jambs can, in fact, squeak. They can.
