I want Trump to live long enough to die in prison. That’s what I want.
We need a NoAI logo/badge that is simple and elegant and not simply a circle with diagonal line across the letters AI. Something human perhaps, like a fingerprint. In fact, it shouldn’t reference AI at all, it should focus on being made by humans. It’s not digital versus analog. It’s handcrafted versus artificially conjured.
It should be a badge of honor.
“We’ve all been trained to believe, that in this age of social media, engagement is king. If you’re not engaging, how will you possibly influence anyone? It’s all meant to be quite personal, isn’t it? A lot of back and forth, with easy access to the author, and everyone free to comment on anything they like. We leveled the playing field and now the fans are on the field pretending they can play.”

I have been fascinated by orchestral scores from a pretty young age and I’m astounded that they still exist. It’s our century’s classic music and it’s beyond reproach. John Williams is our Mozart.
Seriously, people. Someone fucking wrote this. Can you imagine that?
I really enjoy that movie “Pride.” I’m sure there are people who think it’s lightweight, but I found it emotionally resonant and it said a lot of important things.
I think we need to find common ground with more desperate groups that have the same goals. Get out of our silos and find others who share our values, not our politics.
Labor Day is coming. Support the people who actually do the work. If you draw a paycheck from a company, you are part of the working class, and I don’t care how white you think your collar is. It’s us against the oligarchs.
Here in America, where individualism is the true national religion, we demand the freedom to be different and then work tirelessly to get everyone to follow suit. We fight for our right to be uniquely homogeneous, and fight legislation that allows anyone to be different than what we’ve collectively decided is the norm. We all want to be different, just like everyone else.

I don’t understand the point of the NFL’s preseason anymore. None of the starters are playing. It’s like televised practice of guys trying to make the team. That should be like local access TV, if at all, not a national broadcast. These tryouts shouldn’t be taking place in a stadium, and I don’t see how this gets a team ready for the season. The first game of the season is the first time the starters play. That’s insane.
It’s becoming harder to find reliable sources of information on even the most basic news of the day. There are literally thousands of outlets that repackage the news, from television shows and news mags, to websites and blogs (including this one), but very few that are actually doing any first-hand reporting. Our sense of reality, once shaped by legacy media, is now subject to the biases of some schmuck with a newsletter, or a comedian’s YouTube channel. #Media #IndieWeb

I’m still incredibly bothered by the ending of Man On Fire, with Denzel Washington. They both had hostages. Why didn’t they exchange the brother for the girl? Why would Creasy sacrifice himself was well? It’s not even logical. Give me the girl, or we kill your bother. What would they care about the girl? It was so stupid. Bad writing. Otherwise, good movie.
Which side are you on?
As we come marching, marching, we battle too, for men
For they are women's children and we mother them again
Our days shall not be sweated from birth until life closes
Hearts starve as well as bodies, give us bread, but give us roses
Oh where, or where, has Mitch McConnell gone to?
