I think that speakers should be people willing to answer questions and help people along. This person should have space to attend and continue to grow but speaking at this time seems inappropriate. But maybe you have a different expectation of speakers.

A bird flew into the window at work and I freaked out but it was ok. I looked up what to do and wikihow said just watch for 5 minutes without interfering and I did & she woke up!!!! This is her after waking up and immediately flying into another glass door but then I opened the door to shoo her and she flew away successfully
