That's possible. What I see as more & more likely is...
#tRump & his allies using the #voter rolls they've been gifted by the quisling #SCOTUS to pretend they won & the cheater Dems used dead immigrants to pave way to victory
Then #MikeJohnson refuses to seat duly elected Dems to retain the majority & #Fascists declare martial law
I'm an election worker. I'm not happy to think about what happens next.

My experience with @pacific06@mastodon.social & @econetwork@mas.to has led me to understand them as sincere & doing important work.
Their youth, & the vagaries of interwebs/NGO culture may cause mis-steps but I hope you will take the time to TEACH how to be effective at what they're trying to accomplish.
I'm just an old ytlady in Tacoma, so if I'm completely wrong & the whole EcoYouth thing is a giant grift, someone with friends in Uganda might find that out.

I've had experiences I can't deny that led me to the Episcopal Church, but I can't GIVE those experiences to anyone else & I'm 100% convinced if God wanted everyone to believe the same thing it would be so without breaking a sweat

I mask *not only* bc I'm over 65, but because our patrons are often members of vulnerable demographics:
#homeless#disabled#BIPOC
i.e., folks whose #Healthcare isn't trustworthy & never was
I don't want to be where they catch #COVID from, or whatever else may be #airborne
I don't want to catch something they haven't been able to avoid
It's #Solidarity, not pity. I wish more of my co-workers got that

Etymologically, "Religion" is how humans 'tie back' to the world/folks around them
We all, eventually, answer for ourselves what Wittgenstein considered the most difficult question for a philosopher:
"Why is there something, rather than nothing?"
How we answer that question is our metaphysics, which will entail some sort of ethics. So I do consider atheism a form of religion, just not organized as many others are
