When I enter a bus I have to double the loudness value of my phone(despite anc). On a logarithmic(dB) scale this is equivalent to squaring the physical sound power

alt text pfp: picrew showing a young witch with light brown hair, that reaches a bit below her shoulders. It is cropped to her upper body. She wears a green tunic and a violet witch hat with a rose, a dandelion and a dark green leave tied to the brim. Black star shaped ornaments are hanging down from the hat like fairy lights. She wears a black collar that has a tie on it and has a slighly tired, but friendly and playful facial expression. The background is a pixelated night sky, that has silver stars on a dark violet to gray sky

It is decorated with flowers and torches and has a little frontyard, that's staked out with cobblestone walls. A player(me) stands in front of it, looking at viewer. The skin has long caramel hair and violet and green clothing. It's a witch

Tldr: What are nice vegan breakfast recipes outside of müsli?
RE: https://transfem.social/notes/alxj4vpavmq3009e
Another music related post... you see I have a theory when it comes to listening to music of a certain mood or vibe:
If you are afflicted with a bad vibe, for example you're feeling depressed, then listening to melancholic music can help relieve that mood.
While if you are not afflicted by that vibe, so when you for example listen to melancholic music while feeling good, then it might make you feel depressed.
So basically music of a bad vibe is both poison and antidote
I think for designing a good diet for my ibs I would need to have like, a decent amount calories, but... it shouldn't be too much fiber... cuz that kinda "overfeeds" some bacteria. The issue with that is simply that a lot of vegan ingredients just contain so so much fiber. It would probably help to replace some carb-sources(e.g. oats) with some protein-sources(e.g. tofu). But I am not rly aware of enough recipes... specifically breakfast recipes... cuz I think it's not good for me to eat müsli everyday as I used to. I should only eat Müsli on days where I suspect to do a lot of physical activity. While eating smth legumes based as breakfast on normal days. One recipe I've already been made aware of is just scrambled tofu fried with Kala Namak in a pan... which is nice, especially with some baked beans and toast, tho it is also a bit harder to make than müsli... and it's rly not smth for everyday, imo... so I need more vegan breakfast recipe that do not rely on carbs too much :3
"I love my body for being so susceptible to substances <3"
Lisdex makes me productive, but that sometimes leads to me starting defragmenting my brain and then at some point I get a panic attack from trying to defragment some particularly hard to defragment piece of data
I am a bit confused about one thing... you see, hifi audio quality is highly valued when playing music of any genre at home... but I feel like venues for rock/metal/dnb concerts are absolutely not build for achieving the best sound quality. It is just any place big enough and then the speakers may be theoretically capable of hifi sound but they're driven to a volume where, I think, can't deliver their optimal audio quality anymore.
That hifi sound is valued in home tech proofs that sound quality is valued by fans... so I rly just don't get why venues aren't build for optimal sound...
In contrary to that concert places for classical music are designed for optimal sound... so rly, why are there no places designed for good sound that also offer an appropriate environment for rock/metal/dnb? (So, no seats, funky lighting and stuff)
Is an appropriate environment for those genres necessarily a place with sucky audio?
