#webring

I just discovered the #Fediverse #Webring at https://fediring.net/ 2020s Web meets 1990s Web. 🤯 So I just wondered if there's WAP client for Mastodon or maybe even Pixelfed? Maybe a Pixelfed instance with images in just WBMP (or BMP or TIFF) format? 🤪 Then again, there are working projects like DOStodon by @dec_hl@mastodon.social, so maybe these crazy ideas aren't that unrealistic. (I at least still feel competent enough to code WAP stuff.) #RetroComputing #Braindump #Schnapsidee

Llevo tiempo queriendo integrarme a algún #webring. He visto un par de índices por ahí, como el de petrapixel, pero no he visto ninguno en español. ¿Alguien conoce alguno específicamente para gente hispanohablante? Puede ser buen momento para crearlo nosotros mismos...

Finally https://blr.indiewebclub.org/webring links are actually a circular chain instead of linking to random ones. The previous setup would sometimes create 0 or 1 hop loops. Now it would be great if people would actually join our #webring. #indieweb #bangalore

There’s quite a bit of interest in the #HumanMade #webring at the moment. Had a few emails asking to join this week alone. It’s great to see. I will add all those that have asked as soon as I can. Thanks again.

Hey! Do you blog about Drupal? Do you have a Drupal project website? Are you just a big fan of Drupal and like to talk about it online? Then check out this new webring I created just for Drupalers! It's the Drupalers Webring. https://abmurrow.com/drupalers-webring If you send in an application to join the webring, I'll review it and add you to the ring. Applications form: https://abmurrow.com/form/drupalers-webring-application-fo I manally review every application, so please be patient if it takes some time to get back. Don't want to submit a form? I'll also accept a direct email or DM on mastodon with details about you and your website. Information is on the webpage I linked above. Websites should talk about Drupal to some degree, or be users related to the Drupal universe. Non-code and non-developer websites are welcome to join! Only rules: just be a Drupal enthusiast, please don't be an awful person (more details on the link), and make sure to display your webring code somewhere on your website, and you're good to go! Come say hello, and let's build our own web community! #Webring #Drupal #Blog #IndieWeb
