@nshki@hachyderm.io hey, I happened to read your blog post on installing Linux in a Pixelbook. I'm thinking of doing the same, and wanted to ask if you still feel that ElementaryOS is a good option for it, any caveats you've found in the years since, etc. If you don't mind!
An interesting read. I'm disappointed to see that so many people are adopting corporate LLMs as a "creative" tool or to provide human-like contact. Hopefully this decreases as people realize there are better alternatives that are less harmful. I was glad to see that social media use is waning, as I see it to be generally unhealthy. (though obviously ymmv).

This alone should be enough reason to abandon AI in its current form. Delete it all, wipe the slate clean, what do you *mean* you expect this to happen more??? If an animal attacks somebody out of the blue, we put them down. If a human does, we lock them up. Why does AI get a pass?
This is probably the most frustrating thing for me about AI: the utter lack of accountability.
