i do not know how i could have voted in this poll without touching my computer.
Appears the owner doesn't seem interested in making a profit but just in providing a home for the tenants so perhaps turning it into a co-op with the residents buying in with enough funds to do the upgrades needed and a monthly co-op fee high enough to ensure this doesn't happen again might be an option.
