Can you tell it's a bank holiday weekend ?
After weeks of heat and sunshine it's grey, wet and dreary.
A 7k to start the day.
Enjoy your running.

Andy Burnham could make a very easy decision to have his whole government leave X/Twitter today.
All his announcements will be covered by broadcast media & rolling news anyway.
Print media in the UK - well, we know how they will be.
There is nothing to gain by staying on X.

If you are outside the UK, you might not recognise Zak Polanski - recently elected as leader of the UK Green Party.
Great video, strong message.

Let's hope it's not Labour shooting itself in the foot again with months of infighting.
They all need to take a breath and if there is to be a change, then do it calmly not in some media-mad feeding frenzy.

Great question:
Quality shoes, cheap clothes.
Conversational pace is a good thing, even if it's talking to yourself.
Enjoy your running.

I'm happy to recommend you have a look at Deezer. Founded in France.
They are working to remove AI generated stuff too.
As usual, a free trial is offered.
Hope it works for you.

Not my thing but I know someone of you love barefoot running.
Hope this is useful.

Music meets architecture at The De La Warr Pavilion.
Great to hear music coming up through the iconic stairwell.

A request to the Labour party from a member - let's not have infighting and distraction. Don't feed the right wing press and the opposition.
Foot. Shoot. Again.

Yes, big playlist and sometimes just pick up from the last track I chose.
Really glad to be a few years out of Spotify.

Labour needs to step to the left and be open to a coalition with the Green Party - difficult for both to accept, but a necessity.
The alternative is too bleak.

Sadly not a surprise. Teachers in the UK are significantly undervalued, overworked and stretched. And have been for years.
There are so many other options for those with a Physics background.

I wrote to Preet Kaur Gill MP (Under Secretary of State for Health Innovation and Safety).
preet.gill.mp@parliament.uk
I asked that the NHS do not use Palantir and do not share my data with them.
As a reply there was a long (pre-prepared ?) document extolling the virtues of the deal. With no option to reply.
