@m3tti@functional.cafe I'm not a professional developer so I'm a little bit biased, but I don't understand the appeal of frameworks. The time you spend learning what it is in fact a new language and abstraction is better spent mastering what you're already using. And despite that the framework is a constantly moving target. We're not learning tools to make things anymore, we're learning tools to make tools to make more tools, abstraction over abstraction instead of focusing on the problem at hand and solve it. GenAI is making things worse.

I don't want to be a consumer but I want to be a creator of something, and I want to be able to share the links to my channels for people to see. What's the point for a company to use a social network? Only to buy ads and blue checks? To engage in rage? And beside that, these platforms are inflated with bots.

I can't use WordPress, it's out of my reach. A friend of mine asked for some help but I just can't use it. Had Vietnam flashbacks.
I can't land a normal job because it causes me a big amount of anxiety and I feel bad taking money, I feel like I'm not enough and I don't deserve the money. Anytime someone offers me something i freak out for days. I can't negotiate, I can't tolerate the pressure. Maybe a passive income based on ads (yeah I know privacy) was not a bad idea for people like me.

Il problema è quando la vita perde senso, quando non si riesce a trovare uno scopo a ciò che si è in quel momento. Il problema non sono gli ostacoli, i problemi o le disgrazie, il problema è il senso. Se manca quello manca tutto. Due persone possono reagire diversamente alla stessa situazione perchè una ha un senso nella vita, l'altra no. Non ci sono eroi, non c'è volontà o resilienza (parola che aborro).
Anche come reagiamo non dipende da noi, ma è frutto di esperienze apprese nell'infanzia, di come siamo stati programmati e cresciuti. Non si tratta solo di avere imparato ad essere impotenti, si tratta anche di non sapere che certe alternative esistono e se si sa di come raggiungerle. A volte si sa tutto ma mancano i mezzi per farlo e il tempo scorre e si sprofonda sempre più in basso e dove prima bastava 10 per uscire ora serve 100.
Non sempre basta adottare le soluzioni giuste, bisogna farlo nel "tempo opportuno".
bellissimoL'umano deve avere esperienza pluriennale e guai a sbagliare, ma buttano nel cesso migliaia di euro/dollari al mese per fare infiltrare i sistemi da non si sa chi o cosa in nome del progresso.
Un database posso farvelo fuori anche io e con minor spesa. Non avete idea dei danni che posso fare. Trump al confronto è un dilettante.

People doing these kinds of video can't talk anymore without swallowing and doing strange sounds with their mouths.
I hate their dark themes.
I hate when they spawn random keyboard shortcuts, can't understand anything about what they are doing.
They spawn and minimize windows at lightning speed just to show off and make their keyboards clatter.
And I won't talk about the so-called "distro" reviews. I haven't found a single good distro review, they are just desktop environments tour. We're polluting our planet to allow this kind of crap.
