I think that's the Leaver cross over.
I've said elsewhere that the same groups of people that found Leave appealing are susceptable to similar sounding messaging about feeling abandoned, and promises of certainty without any actual detail.

The Midlands votes are right on the money, as are the ones in the Northeast. Only Redditch in Worcestershire voted and Reform won 8 out of 9 seats.
But then with one eye squinting that was more like swapping Reform for Conservative.
But in a wider context you could say that Reform maximised their 20% vote and Labour in general stayed home.
In the end Govts do badly in mid term local elections. Wales and Scotland have quite different dynamics.
Americans have gained an appreciation of dirty play, or rather booing when the referee doesn't blow for a foul off the ball.

I gave up watching the Canada Qatar game the ITV commentary pissed me off.
I had considerable doubts about the foul preventing a goal attempt if you're simulating, which is what it looked like.
And the attempt to claim another penalty later was also simulation.

Not necessarily, Palantir are spooked enough to call general objections idealogical, which is wider than the general public. The objections are on Ethical and Security grounds.

You really can't tell beforehand though I guess you might get an idea if it isn't well run, but that might well be rumour and bias. So it's an individual roll of the dice.
I sometimes wonder if those that hop around from instance to instance pay too much notice to the Local Feed, personally I don't pay any attention to it at all but that might be self preservation on the largest instance.

Does it matter? I guess the policies a particular instance might have would be part of a choice but otherwise which instance doesn't seem very important other than it's well run.

Personally my problem with the browser generating pseudoanonymised tracking is that it implies a trust relationship that doesn't exist.
I'd rather it swallow silently as it does now. That forces advertising agents to be more honest. A static Ad that does nothing more than link you to your own page will get more reliable data than furtling about in the dark.

The root cause of this is a culture of non-communication. If 'seniors' aren't open with their work problems then those joining take that as the norm.
One part of the solution is frequent and regular standups in lieu of a continuous back channel.
But it's not a solution in place of communication as a norm.
Caveat all the things that can't be communicated because it's politics.

This assumes that 'AI' works within a comparable problem space as any human being, and it doesn't, it doesn't brute force anything it just matches patterns.
So 'AI' can't really teach anything to any other entity.
I've started a little experiment.
I've erected an instance of Ghost 6 running on a Raspberry Pi and today it finally started talking across the Fediverse and the Bridge to Blue Sky.
In other words it's a Ghost Bloggy Magazine thing. The robot here is at @index

There's some tension about who is it for, how important to them is it, how much you already have to do, how much do you care, whether you're driven by self esteem, pride or afraid of the consequences if you don't appear to deliver, can you publicly gain credit for it or would it confirm their opinion, and your own, that you're lazy and easily satisfied.
And probably a whole lot of other positive and negative outcomes.
But the immediate, it's an answer use it, is pure S->R.
