This is such a great #photo! The unnamed #photographer had a couple of options when #Epstein's victims were asked to raise their hands if they were still awaiting to meet with the #DOJ. With #PamBondi in the foreground, they could totally have used a different #focal length to get everyone into #focus. But they deliberately choose to focus on the victims, leaving #Bondi blurred out. This is the beauty and genius of #photography, how one technical decision changes everything.
#Football players playing #worldcup games in 39ºc heat (here's to France winning against heat AND Paraguay on Saturday), and matches being delayed because of severe #thunderstorms (here's to all #England fans getting stuck in pubs at 2am). Not only it is legally perfectly justifiable, but that is the very essence of religions & beliefs, the destiny of humankind, our place in the world...If that isn't religious or at the very least spiritual, what is?
Given what is going on in the world, #silentSunday is destined to increasingly become an act of #radicalselflove. Switch off the #news and enjoy #breathing. Enjoy #hereandnow, the very underrated only #truth there is. And yes, eventually you can go into #organising, campaigning, advocating later in the week. But for now, enjoy being. If you must DO rather than BE, try #crafts, the #arts. Something to give the world the colours you want to see. Because no one else is going to do that for you.

This is International House in #Brixton #London, a high rise that has been a thriving home to dozens of #community groups, #charities, #advocacy & #socialjustice orgs since 2018. There's an amazing #rooftopcafé & even saunas! But #Lambeth is seeking to sell it off to a #UAE property developer to turn it into... luxury flats & corporate offices (with token #socialhousing & commmunity space).

@nixCraft I'm seeing a lot of comments about #EU #GDPR & Right to be Forgotten, However to train its #AI #Atlassian either uses metadata (by definition no identifier, things like story points & tasks classes), or in-app data (think: comments), where it will "remove direct identifiers, aggregate data, and apply protections before using it for training". So in a nutshell, GDPR not applicable and in theory, no additional #security risk. Issues around #IP & #copyright remain wide open.
