@iFixit don't need one as I've already got a pro tech kit, but i can vouch that it's awesome and has kept many a phone alive past its intentional best-by date... and all those picks and stuff are handy for all kinds of things you don't expect!

for this one i think it would benefit from the addition of a worksheet on the back to help people with the gauge calculations, but it's now well past bedtime so that'll have to be a project for tomorrow. this is by far the most complicated one i had on my ideas list :D

and then later I went out to an AHL game with a friend, sitting with a big group of crafters as part of the currently ongoing yarn crawl in the area. altogether a great game:
- friend caught a game puck off the first play
- fun seat neighbors, including an older guy new to hockey who was very happy to learn from two young women who knew more about the sport than him
- I ate two bratwursts
- local team scored a shorty
- gloves off fight
- triple ejection in the 3rd
- hometown win

@craftykraken Yes, and it was definitely a painful read. I read it on audiobook which helped (I tend to get through slog a little easier when i can relax and let someone else slog through it for me).
But not painful bad... just painful painful. Emotionally. I will say it gets better as you learn more about the two doctoral students and their history.
i got new shampoo at Costco today (among a million other things of varying necessity) and it smells like roses and i think it's quite nice c:
