I am pretty sure I cracked the code for my #cats to understand time. For the last month, when its 10 mins to feeding time, I put both hands up in front of me and declare '10 minutes'. At 5 minutes, I put one hand up and say '5 minutes'. Then at feeding time I fill their bowls. I've noticed recently they've stopped nagging once i give them the 10 minute warning. They just sit patiently til food time for that blissful 10 minute window.

Am I a woodworker if I made a ~4 foot workbench extension with shelving unit out of 3/4" thick plywood? I used a circular saw and some screws and of course wood. Its simple, functional, holds lots of weight, and most edges line up like you'd expect. It matches the height of my workbench exactly. There's a divider to store my shopvac and my bike's second wheel set in their own sections. I sanded it down to be less pointy, but no stain or painting. My daughter says no i am not. #poll #woodworking

I found a #Trump coloring book, airbrushed some color into it (#gimp ftw) and printed it out to roughly 18"x24" (457mm x 609mm for the sane people)-sized poster. I also printed 63.5mm x 76mm (2.5" x 3" for us weirdo Americans) stickers to hand out to peeps. Overall a good turnout, but not as big as last time. #nokings

(Excuse the clutter :)) I upgraded my pc case to one that is much bigger after I finished the counter, which ended up pushing the top shelving unit a little past the right edge. It was flush before that. Also I forgot I made a crude bracket to hold my power strip with some of the leftover scrap.

@jessew Maybe some lower-intensity workouts like a bike or stationary bike? I've found it to be a lot less painful on knees and back vs running, and you can modulate your exertion pretty easily. Hope you can find a good way to exercise and stay pain-free :)
