And now seven days of this view in a house on the Finnish coast.
Working on a webapp that is using both Django and Ocaml/Ocsigen for its different parts I dig the #Firefox 's sorta-new Split View option, that sets two tabs side by side.
Current #Firefox tabs status
- 1 window
- 8 multi-account containers
- 11 pinned tabs
- 18 tabs groups
- 333 tabs (most unloaded)
I may need a spring cleanup.

@webology@mastodon.social I simply parse the number out of the file, uv locks are not relevant.
For deploy I've got rsync scripts, with production host targets only active in a stable subversion branch (yeah, I'm that old), so it's a security measure to know what lands on the live server.

@webology @djangonews @buttondown Thank you for making it! Bonus, now it's also much more readable in Thunderbird/Debian on a low-res display. It was a struggle before.
Hey Mistral, your docs' UI is rather confusing, every level of the tabs has different style of indicating the active tab with background colour:
- medium-light gray, with inactive set in white
- light-gray, which is the tab's background, inactive in dark-gray
- to another shade of dark-gray, inactive in yet another light-gray version

@trey I’ve switched almost all my projects from poetry and pure pip to uv, but I think a Django Cookie Cutter project would be setup on pip's requirements basis.

@webology @djangonews @buttondown I voted 'no', but I did get it in fact, but the sender is now named "Jeff Triplett & Will Vincent", not "Django Newsletter" as before, it quite confused me.

Bicycle themed YouTube videos from US creators are so confusing. All the gear mesurments are in mm and weight in grams (those served also in oz), but the rider's height is in ft and in, tour lengths in miles.
How one can live with such mess?
same, system, same
The iPad decided its wallpaper would look better with cut corners 🥲
Would it be the best or the worst of ideas to re-use the `aria-label` text as a `popover` tooltip on some buttons?

Upgrade of an older @wagtail@fosstodon.org 5.2.8 site to the newest version, with - if I count correctly - 10 major version (and 2 Python versions) in between: no issues whatsoever.

@webology@mastodon.social I started using the version number set in pyproject.toml file, parsing it with toml. One place of truth.
Am not quite sold on the CalVer idea yet, but will try it in a new project.
