@pythoneer@cyberplace.social sounds about right from my experiences this year. Nobody wants to talk about it and challenge why are we doing this. I'm in QA and seeing a new team member using LLM to bypass learning the business domain. When it comes up with a crap answer, they won't have the knowledge to challenge it. #noai #testing

@eniko@mastodon.gamedev.place I had to sit through a demo recently on open code generating loads of tests. Nobody could tell the audience, tesers asking questions, what the tests did. I asked the presenter of this helped them learn about the business domain - got a blank look. #noai

@overholt@glammr.us What a load of bs #noai #mastodaoine

@jonpsp@mstdn.social Who is paying them? #ClimateCrisis #ClimateDiary

@MicroSFF Can't beat a hot cocoa/chocolate. My kids would have been a disappointed though.... it has to have marshmallows on top ;)

@neonbubble#gardening shouldn't be painful ;) But the drink afterwards is always more enjoyable. Our garden in #ireland is full of bees and hover flies. Cherry and apple trees in full blossom plus a yellow sea of dandelions.

@stefan@stefanbohacek.online good luck to them.

@Natasha_Jay@tech.lgbt what a brilliant poem. Everything is part of a spectrum. Thanks for sharing.

@fesshole@mastodon.social Would def waste the corporate donors money. Great idea!

@georgetakei Happy Birthday. Long live and prosper.

@nixCraft@mastodon.social worthy of @fesshole@mastodon.social

@georgepenney@sunny.garden was happy going high on the swings as a kid but not brave enough to jump off when it was at its highest. They're used to be a web shaped merry-go-round that we used to spin really fast. Let go once - realised i wasn't Spiderman and grazed both knees as i flew along the tarmac!

@mattblaze@federate.social or until each country gives me 1b dollars to join my peace board

@FlanFlinger@mastodon.social So many apps available now to track where charging stations are it is very easy to get into that habit. Off to France for vacation and will charging when we stop st every opportunity to keep the battery topped up.

@econetwork@mas.to It's the same the world over, though #ireland doesn't have the climate for growing bananas outdoors! Happy growing and hope you get a crop soon.

@christineburns that's great news. We'll have solar and battery installed in next couple of months. Also looking at wind turbines to provide boost in winter months.

@openrightsgroup words fail me... except wtf?!

@tek that's scary

@Richard_Littler enshittification knows no limits. Intelligence on tap?!

@randahl@mastodon.social karma is a .....

@Coho@mountains.social there is hope yet. That's brilliant 👏
