@vascorsd @deech I don't think it is that bad and believe we are inherently good (read "not assholes by nature"). We live however in a narrative that keeps telling us that we're rational, cold, egoistic people and propaganda works that is a given. Also I'm convinced that a huge point is that we're decoupled of most of the effects of our [bad] decisions. We have to pro-actively research them and in the end decide against convenience. This is hard.

@vascorsd @deech Well I kind of understand the point that statically typed langs provide better ground to brute force a solution. However nobody with even only remnants of a moral compass would touch this shit. Makes me think of my pet theory that clever people will likely give a fuck 'bout ethics because they're very good at justifying things for themselves.
But alas others have written and spoken in great depths about all this already.

@BerlinerPflanze@berlin.social Wir versuchen dieses Jahr nochmal 'n Anlauf. Mehr Sorgen macht der Mietgemeinschaft die Gasheizung, aber auch da sieht es nicht so aus als wäre Wärmepumpe ein Thema. :-(

@BerlinerPflanze@berlin.social Zuerst war es die Fassade wegen Bohren. Mittlerweile gibt es was zum Drüberhängen mit Zertifizierung wg. Wind und so und nu isses die Optik und leider scheint er das zu dürfen laut juristischer Auskunft. Klage wäre ein Weg, aber dafür habe ich gerade keine Löffel.
