@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org @flyingsaceur@ioc.exchange @MsMerope@sfba.social Rite in the Rain pens may be next grade down from space pens. I loaded up my nephew’s backpack supplies with their notebook, pen, pencil when he did CCC. I think they license the tech from space pens. I see them at Lowe’s besides REI.

Love that the young are reviving the iPod. https://apnews.com/article/ipod-music-streaming-iphone-a6a010a1d9001abb0580b7a1cebe9c13 #iPod

@autolycos@beige.party @ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org @flyingsaceur@ioc.exchange @MsMerope@sfba.social Oh wow!

@KydiaMusic I’ve heard them called “the big black CDs my dad had” but this was. 10 years ago….

@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org Locally here TJ sends them to senior housing and retirement communities. Most TJ have a sign near exit doors that let you know where various foods go, food banks, etc

@czarbucks Yeah same. 160gb was my fav. I need to buy an airfly again ao I can use with bluetooth. That didn’t survive the fire but the iPod Classic did because it wasn’t in my room at the time and inside a waterproof case which kept the smoke out. :).

@cfmccarthy Cuties!

@coreyspowell WOW!

@autolycos@beige.party @ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org @flyingsaceur@ioc.exchange @MsMerope@sfba.social Interesting. All I know is my nephew really liked them for his 2 week “spikes”.

@czarbucks@vmst.io Community! 💛

Even just coffee carts are very popular at the farmers markets and night markets here.

@czarbucks@vmst.io That is amazing. I figured a food truck could be costly and a cart might yield a higher profit margin temporarily. A couple months ago a popular bbq place had a fire and they did similar… employees and customers supported by their second location.

@czarbucks@vmst.io 😍

@czarbucks@vmst.io Just awful. May they come back even stronger than ever. 😔

@solitha Glad it helped. That website is an excellent source of info on pests in general.

@jeridansky What a gorgeous presentation.

@mjausson@mastodon.design Those are some BIG kittens!

@cfmccarthy 🙄

And just like that I have notifications on the iPhone as well. This bookmark does show up under Apps now with notification settings. I just wanted this second proton account to show me a badge so I know if there is email to check there or not…. So this is working in the latest iOS 26 update on the phone.

@coreysnipes Love your username.

@cfmccarthy 💯I prefer the Cinemark XD to our very local IMAX. B/C while one of the newest theaters, it has been poorly managed. I have to go tell them the movie didn’t start or to turn off the house lights, etc. Also the doors to IMAX poorly designed to let outside sunlight onto screen every-time someone opens the door. The XD has privacy walls and so much room to recline. Awesome sound & big screen. IMAX 70mm would be ideal but those screens are farther. https://www.thewrap.com/creative-content/movies/imax-project-hail-mary-return/

@cfmccarthy 😂 IMAX annouced they will be bringing it back when schedules allow. If pattern is similar to Sinners. I am guessing June/July. If so, hope to see it on the even bigger screen.

@cfmccarthy Amaze Amaze Amaze. Audible just offered me a 3 month trial so I chose it as the audiobook. Have a ton of IKEA stuff and garage stuff to assemble. When I finally get to that I’ll have something good to listen to.

@cfmccarthy Cute!

@NullNoMore Shiny!

@ai6yr Super amazing. I hope they gift you many in the future. I would need only 1 avocado to make salads for all. Or avocado toast for all. I like smashing them with some salt and lemon or lime and topping off homemade salads with it in lieu of dressing.

@paulhebert 🥳🎈Congratulations! 🏆🙌🏻 First thing I do when I wake up is reach for the iPad and play this game. Well deserved. Wish you much success with it.

@Matthew2468@dragonscave.space Hurray!

Interestingly the iPad is still on iOS 18, going to be backing it up and updating as well, but wonder if that function will be preserved because I just read about this feature new to iOS 26 iOS 26: Add Web App or Bookmark to iPhone Home Screen https://www.macrumors.com/how-to/save-safari-bookmark-web-app-iphone-home-screen/ Also, weirdly the bookmark shows up under apps on the iPad, right under the actual app and it’s only setting is notifications- not sure how I achieved this voodoo.

@ai6yr It needs this pepper to make guacamole https://mastodon.social/@deewani/115016913039236054

@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org 🤬

Ok, I figured it out. Deleted proton-related cookies in Safari. I deleted the old “bookmark”. I went to the protonmail website and from the share button: “add to home screen”. I opened that new bookmark, I changed “request desktop site”. Then I signed in and was prompted at top of the page by protonmail to allow notifications. Supposedly it only asks you this once so you gotta delete those cookies.

@DRPNL@mstdn.ca 👩🏽‍🍳

I could barely see the Moon through the docking hatch window but the iPhone was the perfect size to catch the view... this is uncropped, uncut with 8x zoom which is quite comparable to the view of the human eye. Enjoy. (NiteIze has been touting the use of their micro s-biner carabiner to secure Rise (zero gravity indicator /mascot). Would not be surprised to see Apple do similar for this. )

@solitha Hopefully someone has an answer. This page shows some gopher and mole patterns… https://ucanr.edu/site/uc-master-gardener-program-alameda-county/mammal-pests-how-tell-whats-digging-and-eating-your
