Remember, MAGA and the non-voters have been played for years, psychologically speaking. Non-voters have been convinced, with negative political advertising, not to vote.
Just like many reasonable Americans have been played that the D's are the only "good choice." They are, but things have been set up this way. On purpose.
The TDG will not have these psychological games effecting how votes are cast.

86m Americans did not vote in 2024. If 20m come to the polls, a big upset is in the works. BIG!
Unfortunately, this big loss will not affect the MAGA psyche. They will wait for a smarter leader to lead them to an oligarchy.
Unfortunately a big D win will entrench the higher-ranking D's not to do very much to win the next election.

You are completely right. If the R's get a new leader, both the hard-R and soft-R support will fall back in line .
And I suspect the new leader will be smarter about how to bring an oligarchy into the USA.

Sounds like a good idea. It reminds of the disposal bins in the wall for razor blades in the 1960s. It made blade disposal safer, but all the crud and water on blades started rotting the walls.
Unless there is a mechanism to remove baby bird waste, these bricks will become a nuisance.

This poll is saying a lot. We have a long ways to go to see how we are interconnected to everyone else.
And given the red/blue choices, most people can make the connections between the two American parties. Yet 42% still chose red.
