Updated the ActivityPub Relay page and added a "Relay policy"
We aim to keep the relay safe, respectful, and usable
We will remove any servers known to actively promote homophobia, transphobia, racism, or any other form of bigotry
We expect participating servers to be at minimum well maintained (e.g., reasonable upkeep, responsive administration, and not persistently broken or abusive to federation)

Converted our Mastodon blocklist to match @nodebb@fosstodon.org's format. You can easily copy/paste this into the blocklist form under Admin -> Settings -> Federation

Updates to Mastodon block list adding instances from gardenfence
Recent upgrades ->
Mastodon -> 4.5.11
Matrix/Synapse -> 1.154.0
PeerTube -> production-trixie
Pixelfed -> 0.12.7
Other updates ->
NodeBB, while great to run, has been taken down to save on resources. We'll still maintain the NodeBB blocklist along with our Mastodon blocklist on Gitea.
