To this day, every time I click ‘Remember Me’ on a website
USB-C has been such a... blessing? Doesn't feel like the right word.
I plug a cable into my iPad, then my Sony gaming headphone case, then my iPhone, then my keyboard. Just great.
I've been over #AprilFools shenanigans for a while now, and feeling it even less so this year. But @kagihq@mastodon.social's new homepage ain't bad.
I need to open a consulting or marketing or rebranding firm or whatever. I could make so many dollar.

My #Windows11 PC popped up a 'We'd like to hear your feedback!' alert from #Microsoft. Ok, sure.
This is the first window that appears, scrollbars and all. 😆
I am the farthest thing from an infosec expert, but… isn’t this a tactic of malware?

Fun #Reddit thread about seemingly unrealistic scenes in #movies (and TV) that turn out to be absolutely true depictions of events IRL.
Example: Someone in a grounded TV drama jumps off the third story ledge of a parking garage to avoid a shootout. Gets up and limps away. Fans were pissed at how unrealistic it seemed.
Writer responds that they based it on a true event, except that person IRL did it from the 5th floor.
“Someone filmed bats upside down and it looks like a gothic nightclub”
Challenge: Websites and magazines should stop hard linking location names and addresses to Google
Difficulty: Impossible
Bag nerds: If you haven’t heard of Carryology, you might hate me for bringing it to your attention.
Either way, they’re embarking on a revamped approach to ditch stuff like affiliate links, SEO listicles, and even ads. They want to focus on stories from people, real-world exploration and techniques, and more community efforts.
Seems like a bold move for this kind of niche. Let’s see how it pans out.

Kind of on autopilot while writing a comment, I just tried to spell cloud as clowd

Hey
Remember PM Dawn?
I was *so* into them for a little while growing up 😆
New favorite #iPadOS bug: the app switcher is broken in so many ways, and this is even on 26.4.
This is a simple short swipe up gesture on the Magic Keyboard trackpad to see recent apps. A gesture I’ve used for years.
But it flips out and scrolls back to the very beginning of what the app switcher still has available; apps I haven’t used in months. 😆
Is modern GIF culture actually so deprived or uneducated or whatever that I cannot easily find a clip of that superhero from #HarveyBirdman smugly saying "in my pants?"
Is this what we have become?
Blowing up my personal site and blog cuz some stuff broke. BRB
TIL that, at its height, skibidi toilet episodes on YouTube (80+ now!) saw a collective 3 billion views *per month*
Machinima created by a 25 year old from the country of Georgia using a 10+ year old game engine from Valve
Is there a precedent for bringing department executives and possibly UI/UX managers to court for crimes against UI/UX?
Asking for #iPadOS26 victims everywhere

Like #Apple please weed out and reassign the Mac engineers who infiltrated the iPad wing to do... whatever, Mac stuff
Just get them away from the iPad, I beg you
Against my will, I was just reminded that Michael Bay is making a skibidi toilet film and TV series
