Happy dog. Rey got to play with a beat up, and dirty tennis ball. #DogsOfMastodon

Clockwise curl. I'm up, so Rey got up. Only to rest while supervising me from the couch.

She’s laid down, and I can’t get up. It’s bed time, and she thinks we should go to sleep.

Rey stole my side of the couch recently. She’s laying with her head up. I decided to set the scene for the photo, and put the comfy dark brown blanket on her body. This helps define the contrast with her mostly white fur, and have the image pop.

Rey didn’t like our visitor(a squirrel) that traveled via power/phone line. She got excited by barking, running, and jumping.

Rey is waiting for people to pass her in the hallway, or go to the bathroom. She expects to be paid the hallway tax/toll.
Until then she's lying on her side. She turned her head up to look at the camera after a few pictures, figures out I'm not going to pay, and goes back to resting.

@julie@merida.hair I don’t think that’s a common way to order it… *runs*
Why did the chicken run across the road?
Because it told a bad pun, and like the other brave bird(Robin), he ran away.

I’m sitting on the couch, and Rey has curled up next to me. Her head has turned in, and rests on her fluffy tail.

Rey wanted to see and say hi to the dog on the other side of the wall. She jumped and stretched her paws as high on the wall as she could. Her head couldn’t see over, and here she is with her head turned back to look at me.

Rey sleeps in our room, shut in so she won’t make as much noise. She’ll sleep on the bed, hop off, sleep some more. This morning she woke up from my side, hopped in, and curled up with her butt next to mine. She then put the cherry on top, and used my feet as a pillow. I’m happily stuck.

Another evening, and I’ll be turning into an east coast pumpkin, and wanting to be asleep. Rey has joined me on the bed, curled up on the made bed, resting her head near a body pillow.

@MicroSFF@mastodon.art I wonder if there in rent-to-own for the bodies. Or reverse rental. Have an health/exercise guru work your body out, stock your house with a supply of healthy food your body learns to enjoy. Once the contract is up, they move on to changing the next life.

@hazelweakly I’m an early bird, so I tend to not need the alarm, but I tend to go to sleep shortly after sunset now. My wife is a night owl, and will stay up after midnight.
I’ve never heard it termed the way you put here, but it tracks.

@futurebird@sauropods.win I’m reminded of my kids school having a short winter holiday. Which has lead to kids missing school days because of covid, or other infections because they traveled back from visiting family just before school starts again. But it could allow parents to start summer sooner.

@greenpike@infosec.exchange if we stick with your restrictions, and option might be something like a yubikey. They can store several passkeys for sites, and I’d expect each browser to use the same keys.
This would allow you to not have the passkey stored on the computer you are using, while not requiring Bluetooth.

@xssfox@cloudisland.nz I have three active’ish. One for my work laptop, one for my personal computer, and a NFC security key on my keychain.
I should have one offsite, and I might still have two of the GitHub branded U2F keys.
And I’m pondering getting two more, to switch/upgrade to ECDSA or which ever makes for smaller gpg keys.
