IT security said we keep failing phishing tests so I asked how many users failed the phishing test and he said everyone did so i said it sounds like IT security is just tricking its own users and then the helpdesk started crying

Friends of ours are taking care of an abandoned kitten (bottle-feeding age) because nowhere else is able to take it. If the techbro mayor hadn't decided to have stupid beef with the humane society and cut off their contract, maybe this would be easier to deal with.
