Try lots of different things - surfaces, inclines, routes. It's very easy to think you don't like running when you've only seen 10% of what's on offer.

Sadly I doubt they did. I remember distinctly at the time the focus was heavily on his missing status, a tiny amount on how/why he died then a barrage of advertising for his final show.

The tipping point before that will be when people go on holiday to Seville/Morocco/Dubai and die there, or find they're not able to go there in the first place (assuming the fessor meant that the extreme weather event would have to happen outside the UK, then inside it).
Two weeks to go until the Spartan race now. I've been training all year, technically two years if I count the leadup to last year's Sprint and I feel 100% unprepared.

Lay it down on the bed of the trolley, put your shopping bags on top, use the handheld scanner to scan and pack your shopping as you go. If necessary, when putting the dog food in the trolley, scan near the barcode but not quite on it.

We've got a similar problem here with the local independents group, but when I mentally tally up how many I see in proportion to the number of residents it's actually quite small. Vocal minorities as always...

It's a seated dumbbell curl but you start with the weight closer to the floor. It's a bit harder than a normal curl but it gives you a bit more of an all-round arm workout without hurting your back. You can rest your elbow against your knee too, which I quite like.

I ran this on a Surface Pro 10 and had a rather worrying stalled update screen on reboot. Hard shutdown and restart fixed it - just FYI for anyone who comes across the same issue!
